  Digital presence

  Launch uses one fixed recurring price across the approved numeric internal-seat bands.

  One-time Launch setup is presented separately.

  Active internal users within the approved range determine eligibility.

• RedHover Relay

  Business communication

  The recurring Relay price follows the selected internal-seat band.

  One-time Relay setup is presented separately.

  The selected band refers to active internal users.

• RedHover Command

  Customer and sales work

  The recurring Command price follows the selected internal-seat band.

  One-time Command setup is presented separately.

• RedHover Engage

  Digital collaboration

  The recurring Engage price follows the selected internal-seat band.

  One-time Engage setup is presented separately.

  External Engage participants consume no internal seat. Unapproved capacity figures remain suppressed.

• RedHover OS

  Connected product experience

  The complete product combination uses the fixed OS price table instead of a discounted standalone-product total.

  The complete combination uses its own one-time OS setup.

  One unique active internal person counts once in the shared OS seat pool.

The overview contains only approved price records. Individually scoped services and unapproved capacity figures receive no invented amount.

• Recurring software

  The binding annual price and its monthly equivalent come from the same approved record and are qualified together.

  A monthly payment or cancellation option is neither offered nor implied.

• One-time setup

  Setup remains a separate one-time item. Partial combinations use their relevant standalone items; the complete combination uses fixed OS setup.

  Setup is not presented as recurring or discounted.

• Optional and individually scoped services

  Launch Concierge is a separate optional one-time service. Consulting, training, migration, infrastructure, and other individual work are scoped separately.

  Only an explicitly approved optional service receives a public amount; no price is invented for other work.

• Standard product combinations

  The approved rules distinguish one product, partial combinations, and the complete OS combination. Partial combinations may use different internal-seat bands for each product; the precise rule and value come only from the pricing authority.

  Standard combination rules are not negotiated discounts. Discretionary concessions are not part of the public calculation.

• RedHover Access is included

  Access is the shared identity and access foundation for internal users and appears without a separate price line.

  Access is not a selectable, separately priced public product and receives no separate discount line.
